What are the delivery charges for online shopping?
Delivery charges are free for standard USPS or UPS ground on orders over $500. Orders under $500 or expedited orders will be calculated according to your choice of service and zip code.

We are a small business and charge nominal fees for shipping. Please see the rates below:
$0 - $100: $5
$101 - $200: $10
$201 - $300: $20
$301 - $400: $30
$401 - $500: $40
Over $500: FREE
What are the payment options?
Online payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, and PayPal

Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?
Yes, tax is calculated based upon the state laws where you ship your items.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed during normal work hours will be shipped within 1-2 business days, orders taken after normal hours will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders expedited for faster delivery can be calculated at checkout and determined by your choice of UPS delivery and your zip code.
What happens after ordering?
After ordering your items are carefully packaged and shipped. All stringed instruments are given a final thorough inspection then packaged and shipped.

Yes, you can order them online right here!
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice with you order. Please store it in a safe place in case you need to refer to it for warranty purposes in the future.
